Robert Mitchum
July finds us back at London’s National Film Theatre with our Uncut-hosted season of Robert Mitchum movies, and we’re delighted to be able to offer you tickets to a very special screening of one of the season’s highlights, Out of The past.

A classic thriller from 1974 (also known as build My gallows High) directed by Jacques Tourneur, Mitchum turns in one of his finest performances as a double-crossed former detective whose past returns to haunt him in the shape of Kirk Douglas. It’s a unique opportunity to witness one of the undisputed masterpieces of film noir on the big screen.

The screening takes place on Sunday, July 31 at the NFT on the South Bank, London SE1. Doors open at 1.15pm, and the film starts at 1.30pm. To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets to the screening, just answer the question below:

Which Robert Mitchum film shares its title with a Bruce Springsteen Song?
